Lowther Holiday Park is pleased to announce the availability of 16 new serviced sites at the Park which are suitable for either Holiday Homes or Timber Lodges. These sites are now ready for use.

All plots have mains water, metered electricity and gas. "No bottles!" They are large enough to take a 40’ x 14’ timber lodge.

The whole area is being landscaped and re-planted with native trees such as birch, rowan, scots pine and hazel and have a cul de sac feel.

The plots will be allocated to each new owner, who will then choose the holiday home to match their needs from ourselves.

Car parking will be, where possible, to the rear and side of the holiday home, to allow for verandahs to be constructed.

Holiday homes will start at around £29,350 to £85,000 depending on size and type and will include development costs and park fees.

A deposit will be required to secure any plot chosen, to then allow time for the holiday home to be delivered and sited.
